fonts-sil-doulos software package provides smart Unicode font for Latin and Cyrillic scripts, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-sil-doulos
fonts-sil-doulos is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-sil-doulos package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-sil-doulos *
You will get with fonts-sil-doulos package name, version, architecture and description in a table
